Yes. Each opportunity is reviewed independently.

How do I submit my pre-proposal for a limited submission funding opportunity?
All limited submission funding internal competitions which are accepting pre-proposals will be listed on Arizona Cultivate. Log in to Arizona Cultivate using your NetID.
A list of required pre-proposal elements will be listed under the "Description" heading of each internal competition. RDS recommends reviewing required pre-proposal elements well in advance of the internal submission deadline.
Does RDS provide proposal support for limited submissions pre-proposals?
No. As the administrative office that coordinates and manages the review of limited submissions, RDS does not assist in proposal preparation for pre-proposals. However, RDS does provide proposal support, when available, for all “tickets” awarded through the limited submission process.

The Limited Submissions Newsletter provides an overview of upcoming and open limited submissions opportunities. It is published weekly on Thursdays.
I was not selected to move forward with a submission. What happens to my pre-proposal?
Preproposals are archived within Arizona Cultivate and are not distributed or made publicly available.
Why are some limited submissions internal competitions held so far in advance of the sponsor’s deadline?
Large and/or complex proposals require significant preparation time. To provide the submitting PI sufficient time to develop their proposal, limited submissions competitions may have internal deadlines significantly in advance of the sponsor's deadline.
What is the difference between upcoming, open, and completed limited submissions?
Funding opportunities are categorized on the limited submissions table as either "upcoming," "open" or "completed".
