Working with FAQs

 

Creating an FAQ

  1. Add the Question
  2. Select the FAQ Page and/or sub-page where the FAQ will be displayed (if you don't see relevant options, please contact the web team to set that up for you)
  3. Optionally add an FAQ to multiple FAQ Pages categories
  4. Optional—but recommended—add Tags to categorize the FAQ and expose it in other locations across the site. More about tags and tagging on this page.

Detailed question is optional. If the question is too long for the Question field (or to reasonably fit on one line—you can optionally include a more detailed version of the question while keeping the Question field short.

Answer field is required. This is what will be visible when expanding the collapsible question panels. You have a regular text editor to work with so an answer may include text, links, files, videos, etc.

Skip placing the FAQ in a menu.

Click Save when ready
