The Current, a weekly digest from Research Development Services

These announcements disseminate research-related information from Research Development Services to researchers on campus. This includes events, limited submission funding opportunities, and honorifics. Subscribe here.

ROAR, a monthly newsletter from Sponsored Projects Services and Office of Research Contracts

This newsletter provides helpful information including system updates, tips and tricks, proposal highlights, and other pertinent information for Research Administration. Subscribe here

Other Internal Listservs

  1. Visit https://list.arizona.edu/sympa/, some of the lists of interest to research and funding include:

    Human Subjects-IRB List
    List name: ua-irb
    UA-IRB is a  listserv that notifies subscribers of key information from the Human Subjects Protection Program office.

    RAMTALK List
    List name: ramtalk
    RAMTALK is a listserv that notifies subscribers of funding announcements, policies, and procedures.

    UAResearch List
    List name: uaresearch
    UAResearch is a listserv that notifies subscribers of system problems. It also provides tips and tricks to using the system.

  2. Log in. Logging in with your UA NetID and password lets you access your subscriptions with the address that is listed as your official University address. If you have subscriptions under an address that's not your official University address, you will have to create a separate login under "Don't have a NetID" for that address.

  3. Find the list you want to subscribe to using the categories listed under the Home tab, or use the alphabetical list under the List of Lists tab. Click the list you want to subscribe to.

  4. Click the Subscribe link in the left menu and submit your email address.

 After this, you will receive a message telling you whether your request was accepted or not.

National Science Foundation Update (replaces MyNSF), click to subscribe
National Science Foundation Update, which replaces the previous MyNSF listserv, allows you to subscribe to new content categories, such as Images and Videos, Events, and Upcoming Due Dates for Funding Opportunities.  Click here for a direct link to the subscription service.
