This is what you start with after creating a new Flexible Page.
You can add a title now and click Save but you'll have an empty page. To add some content, click a paragraph item or content chunk. Add HTML Field is a good, all-purpose choice that will serve most content needs.

Continue adding text and paragraph types until your page is ready to go live and click Save at the bottom. If your page isn't ready to go public, go to Publishing options and un-check Published before Saving to store your changes while preventing the page from being publicly visible.
