Research Development Services (RDS) is excited to once again participate in the vendor area at the AGU Fall Meeting, taking place December 15–19, 2025, in New Orleans!
This year, the UA Space booth and the RDS booth will be located on either side of the NASA booth, creating a prime location for connecting with colleagues, collaborators, and the broader Earth and space science community.
The AGU Annual Meeting is one of the world’s largest gatherings of Earth and space scientists, bringing together 250,000+ attendees from over 100 countries to advance discovery, collaboration, and innovation across the geosciences.
In 2025, the University of Arizona will participate with its own expo booth, providing a dynamic space to showcase research, highlight community impact, and foster new partnerships.

- A microphone
- A monitor
Important Guidelines:
- Booth audio must remain under 85 decibels
- Lightning talk videos should have no sound
- No Wi-Fi or Bluetooth is available, please bring your video on a USB drive.
If you would like to present, contact Cara Shopa (caraduncan@arizona.edu) to reserve a time slot.
We love having knowledgeable UA attendees available to greet visitors and answer questions.
If you can commit to a specific time, it will greatly help our small event staff plan breaks and meals.
