Join us for the National 2026 PFAS Conference in the hidden gem in the desert. This conference series is uniquely designed to exchange information, provide support to PFAS-affected communities, and facilitate engagement across diverse sectors involved with PFAS to accelerate the protection of health and the environment.

The 2026 PFAS Conference invites students, researchers, and PFAS affected community members/groups to share their work through a poster presentation highlighting innovative research, community engagement, and policy solutions addressing PFAS contamination and environmental health.

Judging Criteria — Student / Post-doc Competition

Your poster will be evaluated by a panel of judges using the following criteria:

Is the poster visually appealing? Are the colors, fonts, and layout clear and readable?

Are the objectives, methods, results, and conclusions logically presented and easy to follow?

Did the presenter exhibit a professional demeanor, including body language and attire?

Did the presenter explain the poster content in an understandable, engaging way? Do they clearly state the public health impact?

Fabric or printed paper both acceptable
Legibility
All text must be legible from a distance of 2 yards
Margins
Minimum 1 inch on all sides

Setup and Takedown

  • Posters may be set up beginning at 8:00 AM on your assigned day and must be in place before 5:00 PM when the session begins.
  • Mounting materials (push pins and velcro strips) will be provided at the registration desk.
  • Please bring your physical poster to the conference. Posters will not be printed on site.
  • Posters must be taken down before the end of the day. Any posters remaining after close of day will be discarded.

Digital Poster Submission (Required by June 1, 2026)

In addition to bringing your physical poster, you are required to submit a digital copy of your final poster as a PDF by Sunday, June 1, 2026. Digital posters will be archived and shared with conference attendees. Please use the link below to submit. Your upload is private — other presenters cannot see your submission.
