Project Overview
The U of A’s Export Control Program will be implementing the Export Control – Agiloft system in Fall 2024. The move to Agiloft will provide a centralized location for Export Control Technology Control Plans (TCPs) and associated documents. During the transition we will provide training and support with open office hours and on-demand video tutorials.

- Expanded access for PIs, project managers, and research administrators to view Control Plans and associated documents, e.g. licenses, contracts, exemptions, emails, etc.

How will Export Control-Agiloft affect you?
The new system is relevant to University Principal Investigators (PIs) who conduct activities and research affected by Export Control laws and regulations. PIs and college administrators will be able to view TCPs and associated documents related to export-controlled projects occurring in their college/department.
Initially, as new control plans are created, access will be provided to Principal Investigators, project managers, and research administrators to view TCPs.
Frequently Asked Questions
On the Export Control-Agiloft Dashboard, PIs and project managers will be able to view your TCPs and research administrators will be able to view TCPs associated with their college/department.
Additional users may be added to the system in the future.
