Advances in digital technologies over the past two decades have significantly influenced our behaviors and what and how we communicate, from our social lives to our politics. On February 23, Elizabeth "Betsy" Cantwell, senior vice president for research and innovation, will be joined by Keith Allred, executive director of the National Institute for Civil Discourse, for the last in a four-part series exploring the impact of these new technologies on civic engagement.

The topic for this "fireside chat" will focus on turning citizens into voters and increasing awareness of and engagement in civic life. The discussion will be livestreamed. Registration is required.
