General (ret) Robin Rand

General (Ret) Rand entered the United States Air Force in 1974 and served for over 44 years, including overseas assignments, Pentagon staff assignments, and eight different command tours. His last Air Force position was Commander, Air Force Global Strike Command, and Commander, Air Forces Strategic-Air, U.S. Strategic Command, where he was responsible for the land and air legs of the Nation’s nuclear triad. After retiring from the Air Force in September 2018, he has served in several senior leadership, advisory, and board roles supporting defense-related organizations. General Rand holds degrees from the United States Air Force Academy, Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, and the Naval War College.
