Thermal imaging helps detect rockfall
New research at the Geotechnical Center for Excellence in the Lowell Institute for Mineral Resources at the University of Arizona aims to improve rockfall hazard detection using thermal imaging data. The project aims to improve the safety of miners in open-pit mines.
