Premiere: Big Questions: Astrobiology, a short planetarium film
The premiere will be held at the Flandrau Science Center anytime on Friday, October 3, between 4:30 p.m. and 6:15 p.m. Produced by the Arizona Astrobiology Center & the US Space and Rocket Museum, Big Questions: Astrobiology takes audiences on an immersive journey into some of the universe’s most profound mysteries: How did Earth become habitable? Where did life begin? Could it exist elsewhere? Highlighting the University of Arizona’s leadership in space science and the OSIRIS-REx mission, this short dome film shows how studying asteroid Bennu is transforming our understanding of planetary formation and the origins of life on Earth. Big Questions: Astrobiology invites us to view our planet and our place in the cosmos through a new lens.
