UA Genetics Core (UAGC)

The University of Arizona Genetics Core, or UAGC, processes biological materials including tissue, blood, cells, DNA or RNA and produces genetic data such as DNA sequences, mutational profiles, transgenic state and gene expression analysis.

The UAGC offers single services, or can custom tailor a workflow which combines a suite of services designed to satisfy a researcher’s project goals.

The UAGC is a high-throughput, automated facility that can accept projects with more than 100,000 samples. Its staff is highly experienced and can provide sample-to-results testing for researchers.
